Postdoctoral Positions at the University of Zaragoza (Juan de la Cierva 2019)

The Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities has announced the 2018 call to support 2-year postdoctoral contracts at Universities and Public Research Institutions in Spain, within the program Juan de la Cierva, for recently granted PhDs. The contracts will start in 2019.
Types of grant
- Juan de la Cierva – Incorporación for those who obtained their PhD between 2014 and 2016.
- Juan de la Cierva – Formación for those who obtained their PhD between 2017 and 2018.

Project Summary
The research will be focused on how GalNAc-Ts and other glycosyltransferases recognise and catalyse their protein substrates, and the implications of these processes in different diseases.
Requirements
The candidates must possess a PhD either in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Veterinary. In addition, they should have interest in structural biology.
