Postdoc in Biomolecular NMR at CBS Montpellier

2 years Postdoctoral position at the “Highly Flexible Proteins” group (Centre de Biochimie Structurale – CBS), lead by Pau Bernadó, Montpellier (France).

The project, funded by the European Research Council (ERC), aims at establishing the links between structure and dynamics of intrinsically disordered proteins with their role in cell signalling and neurodegenerative diseases. NMR will be the main technique used for the study of these proteins.

Requeriments

The successful candidate should have a PhD in chemistry, biology or physics and a solid background in solution state biomolecular NMR spectroscopy. Experience in protein expression and purification is strongly recommended. Knowledge in other biophysical techniques such as SAXS, FRET or computational and modelling methods will be favourably considered.
