Biomolecular NMR Facility Manager: UCL
Pernament Position open at the University College London – UCL, Division of Biosciences; Structural and Molecular Biology, London (UK).
We seek an NMR spectroscopist to manage the UCL Biomolecular NMR facility that comprises 700, 600 and 500 MHz multi-channel NMR spectrometers and an imminent arrival of a 800 MHz instrument for structural biology as well as an NMR metabolomics capability at 500 MHz.
This permanent post involves management responsibility and some opportunities for research in structural biology and metabolomics.
Applicants should have a PhD in a Biological or Physical Science discipline relevant to NMR of proteins and nucleic acids. Candidates must have significant hands-on experience with heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy, including pulse sequence implementation as applied to biological macromolecules.
