DEADLINE: December 11, 2018
We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to work on molecular simulations of protein dynamics, involving molecular dynamics simulations and Markov state models.
The project focuses in understanding internal friction in fully functional states of proteins. The position is fully funded initially for 1 year and work will be performed under the supervision of David De Sancho, Ramón y Cajal Fellow at University of the Basque Country – UPV/EHU. The postdoc will enjoy the wider community of the Quantum Chemistry group and the international atmosphere of the Donostia International Physics Center.
Requirements
- PhD in Chemistry, Physics or Biochemistry.
- Expertise with theory and practice of molecular simulations.
- Comfortable with the Python programming language and the LINUX operative system.
- Excellent communication skills.
How to apply
Please send a cover letter, full CV and contact info for two referees directly to David De Sancho (david.desancho@ehu.eus).
